Food is one of the most important parts of our everyday human life, yet most people are not fully conscious about what they’re eating, and why they’re eating it.

In this insightful session co-moderated by Leslie Hveem and Linda Benyo, Tobias (through Geoffrey Hoppe) talks about “eating with consciousness” in order to convert food to it's simplest and purest energy for the body. Tobias says it is time to release old concepts about which foods are "right" or "wrong" for you and instead listen to your body, celebrate the dining process and allow your biology to transmute the energy within the food.

Tobias also talks about the importance of your kitchen area, and why you should cook your own meals several times a week. The information provided in this session offers new insights on how to honor both your food and your body for better overall health and vitality.
