Return and Refund Policy

Returns on Products
We will replace any defective item. However, before returning any defective audio CD’s, please try playing them on a different CD players, sometimes that makes the difference. If there are other reasons you want to have an item replaced, the request should be submitted by email, and this will be reviewed for approval.

Refunds
1)  If a product is involved (CD's....books etc...)  - There will be a 10% restocking fee and the remainder will be issued as a gift certificate for the Shaumbra Shoppe. 

2)  For classes, workshops or other events a 25% cancellation fee will apply or a 50% fee if the cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the event. The customer may receive a 100% refund if they choose to have a gift certificate and are not within that 72 hour window.  If they are within that 72 hour window and will accept a gift certificate then a 25% cancellation will still apply. There will be no refund at all if they simply are a “No Show”.

MP3 Refunds
Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot refund MP3 purchases. Please check audio help.
